Faith Issues for Male Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse (FaithTrust Institute)

Adult male victims of childhood sexual abuse may mourn the loss of knowing what we know or thought we knew about spirituality, as shaped and reinforced by religious authorities, our families, communities and perhaps even educational or governmental insititutions.  This mourning process can move us to acknowledge and later reconcile the profound splitting in our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls related to RASA.

This recorded webinar will draw upon Healing the Sexually Abused Heart: A Workbook for Survivors, Thrivers, and Supporters to guide participants through the stages of recovery and the challenges and resources that can help a person who has experienced childhood sexual abuse.

Presenter:  Dr. Jaime J. Romo

Trade Simulation Game “Survive or Thrive” – Train the Trainer (Presbyterian Church USA)

Discussion focuses on how we can respond on behalf of the poor and the environment. The fun, interactive game has been introduced to congregations on a national level.  The April webinar provided an overview and information for leading the game in your community or congregation. Watch the recording.
