This on-demand webinar discusses supervision as a grounded, safe, compassionate relationship between peers, one designed to provide new ways forward for both spiritual directors and spiritual directees.
The webinar frames supervision as a process we engage in to better serve our spiritual directees. It focuses supervision on the inner experience of a spiritual director in relationship to the spiritual directee and discusses the role of teaching and consultation in supervision. Further, it explores various supervision formats and highlights reasonable ways for those with only a few spiritual directees to make use of supervision.
